Music tip: BREATHE by Agata Stapelfeldt

Zurich artist Agata Stapelfeldt has released a new song: BREATHE, a meditative track in a dance and a meditative version.

Agata Stapelfeldt

I met Agata Stapelfeldt at a corporate event at Lake Side Zurich, where I was working as DJ and organiser. She recently told me about her new song, and I’m happy to share it with you.

BREATHE is a meditative song about returning to the present moment.

It is available in two versions: BREATHE and BREATHE FLOW, a dance and a meditative version.

BREATHE is an invitation to just breathe. The song guides the listener inward, to noticing the beating of the heart, the movement of air and the life force flowing through the body. It reminds us that we do not always need to chase, control or hold on. Sometimes we can slow down, receive what comes and trust that what we truly need will reach us when we are ready.

About Agata

Agata Stapelfeldt is a Zurich-based singer-songwriter, performing artist and meditation guide. Through meaningful songs, live performances and guided experiences, she creates spaces in which people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and find the courage to follow their own path.

Her work brings together music, voice, self-reflection and inner transformation. Her songs explore themes including self-trust, love, freedom, healing, connection and living fully.

Additional information

BREATHE is a five-track EP. Besides BREATHE and BREATHE FLOW, it also includes a radio edit of BREATHE and instrumental versions.

The song is also at the heart of a larger multilingual project combining music, guided meditation and an eight-day self-reflection workbook. The guided meditations and workbooks will soon be available in English, German and Russian.
